These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets and participation in The WIE Suite New Guard Summit (the “Summit”), an invitation-based, luxury retreat experience produced and operated by The WIE Suite (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a ticket, submitting payment, or attending the Summit in any capacity, the purchaser and attendee (“Attendee,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the Experience
The Summit is a curated, multi-day luxury experience that includes overnight accommodations, wellness programming, meals, discussions, panels, and related activities at a private resort venue. The Summit is designed for a highly selective audience of senior, accomplished women across creative, business, financial, and cultural industries. Attendance is not open to the general public and is subject to approval at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Summit is sold as an integrated experience. Components of the Summit may not be separated, resold, substituted, or redeemed independently.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Attendance at the Summit is strictly limited to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older. No exceptions will be made. By purchasing a ticket, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Application, Approval, and Right of Refusal

The Company reserves the absolute right, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to:
Approve or deny attendance,
Revoke admission at any time prior to or during the Summit,
Refuse entry or remove any individual whose presence the Company determines is inconsistent with the spirit, standards, or objectives of the Summit.
In the event that attendance is denied or revoked, the Company’s sole obligation shall be limited to the remedies expressly stated in these Terms. The Company is under no obligation to disclose the basis for any approval or refusal decision.
4. Ticket Purchases; Final Sale
All Summit tickets are final sale. Once purchased, tickets may not be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or returned.
The Company understands that circumstances may change; however, due to the bespoke and limited nature of the Summit, all purchases are considered irrevocable commitments. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Personal scheduling conflicts,
Illness or medical concerns,
Travel disruptions,
Weather conditions,
Partial attendance or early departure,
Changes to programming, speakers, or activities.
At the Company’s sole discretion, and as a gesture of goodwill rather than obligation, the Company may elect to issue a credit toward a future WIE Suite event. Any such credit:

In exceptional circumstances, an Attendee may submit a written request to the Company for a name change. Any such request:
Must be submitted in writing,
Must be approved in advance and in writing by the Company,
May be denied for any reason or no reason,
Does not guarantee approval.
Unauthorized transfers or attempted substitutions may result in denial of entry without refund or credit.

Attendees must not contact the hotel or resort directly for any reason related to:
Reservations,

All lodging-related inquiries or requests must be directed solely to the Company. Any attempt by an Attendee to independently modify or cancel a reservation with the venue shall be deemed a breach of these Terms and shall not entitle the Attendee to any refund, credit, or accommodation.
7. Included Experiences; Excluded Services; Incidental Charges
Summit tickets include only those accommodations, meals, programming, group wellness activations, and experiences expressly identified as part of the official Summit itinerary.
Any services, activities, meals, beverages, spa treatments, wellness sessions, amenities, or other offerings not expressly designated as part of the Summit itinerary are not included in the ticket price and are the sole financial responsibility of the Attendee.
Upon arrival at the resort, Attendees will be required to provide a valid credit card to cover incidental charges, consistent with standard hotel policy. All charges incurred outside of the Summit itinerary—including, without limitation, spa services, private wellness sessions, minibar items, room service, dining outside official Summit meals, or any other personal expenses—will be charged directly to the Attendee.
In the event that any non-included service or expense is inadvertently charged to the Summit’s master account, the Attendee who requested, received, benefited from, or otherwise incurred such charge agrees to promptly reimburse the Company in full upon notice. The Company reserves the right to charge the Attendee’s payment method on file for any such reimbursement.
